Named, checkable signals rather than a black-box verdict: a digit-heavy autogenerated username, no profile photo, no display name, zero posts, zero engagement on recent posts, or following vastly more accounts than follow back. Each is counted and traceable to the handles that triggered it.

What does unverifiable mean?

A follower whose account is private or whose lookup failed. Those are reported honestly as unverifiable rather than counted as fake, because inflating the number would make the score less useful, not more.
