What we collect

• The Instagram username you submit. We read only publicly visible information about that account (posts, captions, public comments, public profile fields). We never request or store passwords, and we never access private accounts.
• Your email address, collected at checkout, used solely to deliver your report and order-related messages.
• Payment information is processed by our payment providers (such as Razorpay); we do not store card, UPI or bank details.
• Basic technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and fraud prevention.

How we use it

• To generate and deliver the report you purchased.
• To provide support and process refunds.
• To protect the service against abuse.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not send marketing email without your consent.
• We do not access any non-public Instagram data.

Retention and removal

Report files and the data used to build them are retained so you can re-download your report. Email [email protected] to request deletion of your order data at any time.
