We keep this simple and fair.

Automatic refund on failure

If we cannot generate your report - for any technical reason on our side - you receive a full refund. No forms, no questions.

Before generation starts

If your account cannot be audited (private account, account not found, or too few posts), we detect this before payment wherever possible. If a payment slips through for an account we cannot audit, it is refunded in full.

After delivery

Because the report is a personalised digital product generated specifically for your account, delivered reports are generally non-refundable. That said, if you believe your report contains a genuine error, contact us within 7 days at [email protected] - we will correct it or refund you, at your choice.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank) and typically appear within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.
